Including relaunch of the monthly newsletter. Utilising the 35k plus database to better effect. •Helped with the launch of a vegan menu collaboration with Shivi Ramoutar. Successfully launched and has seen a new wave of customers engage with The Rum Kitchen brand. Through social, traditional and event led promotion. •Developing and maintain brand partnerships and exciting collaborations- through events, cocktail specials, evening parties. •Ensuring the whole team are following brand guidelines through the creation of a ‘brand bible’ •Co-ordinating activations of all types. Such as NYE parties across the three sites- managing tickets sales, team operational organisation, working alongside brands to ensure POS and stock for the nights and general direction of the parties. •Large part of the role is both having a creative output but backing it up with data and evidence to ensure that each marketing output is creating an impact. Looking at how the sites are trading in comparison to similar periods in the past and using this to create thoughtful and effective campaigns. •Data in this role is key to ensuring what is best marketing practice for activations. For example using google analytics to view how effective our website is at driving sales for the business.
