Operating from our central London office, the agency looks after a broad spectrum of talent and focuses strongly on the individual career requirements of each artist, ensuring they are submitted for exciting and diverse roles and helping them grow in their careers.
Office Assistance
- Providing high level assistance to the company director, including administrative support, diary and meeting management, proofreading documents and assisting with companywide communications, as well as being the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries.
- Controlling the company’s social media accounts and maintaining a strong and inspiring presence on social media for current clients and potential clients.
- Weekly amendments to the company website with updated news and announcements.
Account Management
- Working on behalf of a portfolio of Actors and Actresses, promoting and representing their interests and guiding each individual in their interviewing processes, contracts and careers.
- Delivering tailored growth strategy to the same portfolio of clients, focusing on their engagement, growth and success in both the theatre and television/film industries.
- Liaising with industry professionals - casting directors, producers, directors - to ensure a smooth and successful employment and future for each client.
- Negotiating offers and contractual details for each client (i.e. fees/payment, holiday dates, etc.)
- Supporting clients in their work at the theatre/on screen with industry guests.
- Recruiting and nurturing new talent, hosting representation meetings and offering new representation.
