Full time position controlling the management and promotion of a wide range of events at Headrow House, Belgrave Music Hall, Water Lane Boat House and various external venues across Leeds.
• Plan campaigns with program managers and company directors to control the production and distribution of all print, online advertising and artwork online, across all venues and the city of Leeds.
• Create and deliver high quality social media content for 4 separate accounts/venues utilising Facebook, sponsored posts and Events, Twitter and Instagram.
• Develop new online content, plus posters and videos alongside a team of web designers and video makers to ensure the online marketing remains new and exciting for our audiences.
• Liaise with a wide range of local and national press to promote our gigs, artists, events and venues.
• Develop promotional content alongside artists and agents to ensure branding and image maintained.
• Use a range of online management tools to analyse effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Working one on one with the booking team to curate exciting listings and line ups for music events across our venues.
• Responsible for regular mail outs from venues and events company
• Managing internal staff and external promoters to ensure all events at the venues are delivered to the highest standard.
• Managing, reporting and distributing ticket figures for all events to agents and ticket outlets.
• Developing ideas with the events team internally for on-going events at the venues, such as quizzes, cinema, art and food events.
