-I was promoted to the role of Film & TV Investment Assistant.
-I progressed to the point of being able to lead on multiple film & TV production finance opportunities, discussing the ins and outs of financing a feature-length film and giving key information about Sharp House's unique, producer-friendly traits as a money-lender for lower-budget filmmakers. I analysed different film projects and production companies to see if our services are a good fit for them, and now in fact have a stronger base of feature-film-specific financial knowledge than most producers in the game.
-Additionally, I went to annual film markets like Cannes Film Festival and Berlinale, representing my department at Sharp House, giving information about their lending models as a company and connecting with filmmakers, as well as renowned film sales agents and distributors.
-I took an active role in the back end management of company film loans, keeping the books balanced and up to date, checking in on production teams and holding up the tech side of operations for finance department.

I edited and filmed conferences and discussions that the Institute of Advanced Teaching and Learning host, up at Warwick University. This has included the 'International Conference of Undergraduate Research' 2013 and 2015, and a discussion around gender and pedagogy, titled 'Gendered Knowledges'. As I grew in knowledge of editing software and techniques, I put together concise trailers of each conference and animated logos for them. It has been educational work from a videography perspective, and in terms of academic thought!
