    Holding dual responsibilities as Office Manager and Executive Staff Assistant to the Executive Vice-President of Europe (EVP). I scheduled the calendar for the Executive, co-ordinating meetings including milestone meetings, staff rewards and socials whilst maintaining coherent prioritisation. I also held responsibilities for booking staff travel and courier services. Working with Human Resources, I prepared and arranged new staff on-boarding in addition to handling e-form submissions, facilities management and IT matters for the office. Administratively I handled confidential information as I prepared KPI reporting and managed office financials such as invoicing, expense reporting and maintaining tax documentation. I assisted EVP with ad hoc business projects while partnering with the international corporate team for co-ordination also.
    Studio Assistant

    Predominantly an administrative role for an online bespoke jewellery retailer. Consisting of ad hoc duties and occasionally assisting in the jewellery workshop as needed. This role requires customer service and administrative skills in addition to keen attention to detail in an aesthetic and organisational sense. A large aspect of my role is that I’m part of a self-directed team, meaning I take the initiative and responsibility towards my own work, whilst also supporting my colleagues by working together when needed. My role largely consists of administrative duties such as assisting customers with product and order enquiries through the mediums of email, live chat and telephone. In addition to scheduling private appointments for customers, greeting studio visitors, updating the retail website, compiling wholesale orders, despatching mail and customer orders.
