Account Executive, BMW - Cogent, Birmingham. January 2017 - current Client Relationships: Supporting the Head of Client Relationships, whilst acting as the day-to-day contact for the BMW Marketing Film account. Liaising with internal key stakeholders and external suppliers in organising, supporting and attending marketing-product communication film shoots. Working directly with the various clients and working as part of an internal communication and creative team to deliver clients’ needs. Continually liaising with the clients to maintain excellent customer relationships and identify value added opportunities to grow the account and increase the awareness of the portfolio of services available to the clients. Project Management: Liaise and interpret the client business needs with the ability to respond and take ownership of challenging briefs and creative projects. Liaising with the internal team to prepare, produce, review and obtain client brief’s authorisation. Prioritising workload in a fast pace working environment, meeting demanding and conflicting deadlines, whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail. Sole responsibility for the delivery of small to medium-sized projects. Management Information: Provide support to Account Management by confidently analysing, preparing and delivering presentations on status and financial project reports. Financial management: Key understanding of budgets, including project invoicing, raising purchase orders, billing plans, tracking and delivering projects within budget and submitting quarterly client forecasts.
Supported Marketing and Wholesale with general administration; created, analysed and presented business reports. Responsible for liaising with internal clients, developing and maintaining external relationships with first tier clients and buyers. Organised and facilitated team meetings and assisted in enabling and providing solutions. Undertook weekly research, prepared and presented marketing forecasts and recommendations.
Liaised with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and external suppliers and provided administration support for the PR management team. Handled day-to-day activity within the PR office; supported, organised and attended events, press days and third party provider promotions. Produced and tracked brand awareness reports and researched trends within the market for the senior management team.
Created a supply chain contact list of PR agencies and Designers and administered the co-ordination of category range plans. Assisted on high profile photo and video shoots, which included ‘The Brits’ event.
