Development of various excel tool for the various planning strategies (DDMRP, MRP, Forecast, Out Of Stock and New Development trackers. Achievement: Reduction of lead time for planning by 90%, improvement on on­time delivery (+5%) and reduction of lead time thanks to a rotation replenishment, and 5% overall reduction of components cost.
