My role in organising HAZZY’s SS20 catwalk show for London Fashion Week required meticulous planning with time pressure constraints. I sourced all talents for the show, including the casting director stylists, hair and make-up artists and a composer, utilising research skills gained during my degree. Once the Brand was satisfied with my selection, I negotiated fees and benefits for the show within a strict budget. To assist the talent. I created photo and video briefs, timetables and rosters; and edited contracts for the show. Interns provided assistance which I sourced and interviewed. I delegated tasks and they in turn reported directly to me. I had the opportunity to represent the Company during meetings with brands such as Fiorucci and JD.com Inc, reporting back to senior management or directly to clients. I assisted with the organisation of a launch party for a collaboration between Fiorucci and the artist Endless, using communication skills to network during the event. The most recent project was the launch of a collaboration between Secoo, a Chinese e-commerce brand, and a yet to be chosen British artist, co-ordinating a live streamed event to take place in Italy in 2020.
