I'm Olly Rzysko. I've spent over 20 years working in the fast paced world of fashion, retail & start-ups. I work as a Chief Marketing Officer or Marketing Director and have extensive experience in social media, performance marketing, strategic communications and branding.
I've enjoyed time at Primark, Haeckels, mahabis, CoolPlanet as well as co-founding Ecologi and founding Good Candles.
I'm obsessed with the people we often call customers, how they act and what creates an action and in the last five years have focused on climate change solutions and projects.
I work with a number of well known global organisations and start ups and I mentor those entering the industry for the first time.
I’m a father of two, a proud husband and a seaside resident.

- The Croxford Defender - GQ Off Roader of The Year 2022With Studio AVA we designed, develped and built The Croxford Defender which will support Stuart Croxford as he cycles the length of the UK in just 8 days. The zero emissions vehicle was the first EV to pick up this prestigious award. - Launch of Good Candles October 2020A collection of Good Candles designed to raise money for good causes. Each one donates at least 10% to a charity or organisation that will improve people's lives. This includes Calm, The Trussell Trust and Ecologi. Illustrations incredibly created by Melanie Johnsson.
- Marketing and Operations Director @ HaeckelsA 15 month consultancy at one of the most forward thinking skincare and scent businesses in the world. Based in Margate, Haeckels continues to challenge the norm and innovate to find sustainable approaches to packaging, production and profit. During the time with Haeckels we relaunched the website, revamped the retail proposition and expanded in to offering spa facilities, appointed media agencies to grow eCom successful and put a team of subject matter experts in place to drive the business
