Mission: Hired to build the corporate portfolio of the agency by delivering corporate communication strategies for new business and existing clients. The agency did not have a corporate communication department before my arrival and through PR pitches I was able to bring new business – e.g. CINEMAX Slovakia
How:
• Developing industry, sector and product focused PR tactics and PR strategies
• Building client relationships through daily meetings, networking and updates
• Daily point of contact with key media contacts and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists and industry KOL
• Using both traditional PR tactics such as planning events in order to generate news, content and pitch selling, and social media content projects
• Developing news angles, stories and pitches to further increase brand awareness and the client’s profile, products and services.
• Fulfilling the client’s key performance indicators and growing accounts
• Pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
• First PR lobby and advocacy responsible of the agency

• Media relations: delivering media pitch for Panagiotis Pantazis, Oracle Applications Sales Leader for Greece, Romania, Cyprus and Malta for Revista BIZ (print&online, content in Romanian)
• Delivering media pitch for Pascal Giraud, senior Director for Cloud in EMEA at Oracle for business-review.eu (online content only in English)
• Delivering media pitch for Sorin Mindrutescu, Country Leader Oracle (print only) CEO Report magazine

• Media Relations: delivered 5 media interviews in top generalist and business media outlets; responsible with monthly corporate media announcements
• Event: Leading corporate event strategies and planner in charge with generating news on agreed event approach. As part of a national CSR campaign, I was in charge with managing and lead a media event strategy dedicated to generating news – Owned media results – 20 news in national and local media, 23 Shared media results – Facebook and Instagram posts reaching a cumulated number of 240,000 unique users

• Media relations: Deliver weekly and month content for corporate communication use – e.g. press releases, 9 media pitches, draft a POV on client’s behalf, draft master Q&As, speeches and POV on client’s behalf;
• Event: co-project manager and leading corporate media strategist in charge with generating news around the anniversary of the mall – Owned media results – 30 news in leading national and local business news media

Mission: Hired to assist the Account Manager and deliver set PR tactics for existing clients
How:
• Responsible with establishing media relationships with a range of media sectors, and maintaining an awareness of trends and topical issues that may benefit the client strategy
• Writing and distributing content for online and PR tactics
• Researching, negotiating and presenting sponsorship and partnership opportunities to clients
• Collating, analyzing and evaluating media coverage and preparing regular client reports
• Event management, including press conferences and product launches
• Commissioning and undertaking market research for clients
• Executing tactics of PR crisis campaigns

• Media events dedicated to announcing financial results, top management changes, investments and new restaurants openings – e.g. co-organising and managing 8 media events over a year, including Ronald McDonald’s Foundation fundraising event.
• Influencer’s campaigns for Ice Cream Day, World Breakfast day event (online content only in Romanian, here), Ronald McDonald Foundation CSR donation campaign
Results: REWE Romania
• Event : Delivering media events announcing new store openings, receiving ISO 50 001 certification, financial results and employer branding strategies – e.g co-planning and managing 6 events including 1 employees’ event – e.g generated over 30 owned media results in leading national and local business news media
