RÆBURN is a collaborative, creative fashion studio where daily design meets responsible production, alongside monthly events, discussions and workshops. Its pioneering ethos is underpinned by 3 R's - RÆMADE, RÆDUCED, RÆCYCLED. Learn more at: raeburndesign.co.uk Working as a Sales Assistant at the RAEBURN Lab in Hackney, East London, Owen fulfilled a number of roles. These included introducing visitors to the brand and its collections, maintaining high standards of presentation across the store, facilitating creative workshops and more. Whilst in the role, Owen had the pleasure of learning from experts in fashion retail and sustainability, working together to achieve sales targets and inspire positive change. He was responsible for securing the most successful weekend in terms of sales since the store reopened. Furthermore, it provided the perfect opportunity to collect valuable insights on the brand and its customers, which Owen used to shape the direction of his final major project at the London College of Fashion: an immersive retail experience powered by augmented reality technology.
