About me
Paco Conde has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He started his career in Madrid in 1996. He worked as copywriter in Contrapunto BBDO,Y&R and Saatchi & Saatchi. And for 7 years as Creative Director in Sra. Rushmore, helping this agency to be named the most creative Spanish agency of the last decade. Paco worked for local, European and International clients and projects as Diageo Spain, Diageo Europe, Coca-Cola Spain, Coca-Cola Europe, Canal +, Toyota, Citibank, Barclays, Mahou, Repsol, General Motors, Schweppes, Iberostar Hotel & Resorts, Renfe (Spanish National Railway)… During his days in Spain, Paco won over 80 national and international awards in festivals such as Cannes, One Show, Clio, Eurobest, New York Festival, El Sol, CdeC, Fiap, El Ojo… In 2008 Paco published his first book “Microrelatos”. In 2011, Paco joined Ogilvy Rio de Janeiro as Creative Director. In 2012 was named General Creative Director of Ogilvy Brazil working for global clients such as GSK, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Coca-Cola Zero, FIFA, Claro, Unilever, United Nations, Rio 2016… In 2013, Ogilvy Brazil was named “Agency of the Year” in Cannes, winning the Titanium Grand Prix with Dove Sketches that became the viral campaign most watched ad ever, the Promo Grand Prix with the Immortal Fans campaign for Sport Club Recife and a total of 35 lions. And according with the Cannes Report Paco Conde was the most awarded Creative Director of 2013. In 2013, Ogilvy Brazil also was named Best agency of Latin America in El Ojo de Iberoamerica Festival winning 4 Grand Prix and more than 50 awards. Besides Cannes and El Ojo, Ogilvy Brazil won15 Grand Prix and over 150 awards in National and International festivals as One Show, London Festival, D&AD, Clio, Wave, Fiap, CCSP… In 2014 the ABP (Asociação Brasileira de Propaganda) named Paco Conde Creative Director of the Year. In the same year, Ogilvy Brazil won 15 more Lions in Cannes and Paco was the 4th most awarded Creative Director of the Festival. Paco has participated as jury or speaker in many festivals around the world as El Sol in Spain, El Volcán in Costa Rico, El Dorado in Colombia, CdeC (Club de Creativos de España), CCRJ (Circulo de Criação de Rio de Janeiro), CCSP (Circulo de Criação de São Paulo), El Ojo de Iberoamerica… and the prestigious Cannes Chimera Initiative in partnership with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
