About me
My name is Paddy Edrich and I’m a 24 year old English Literature graduate from The University of Portsmouth. Since graduating, I have worked as a Senior Bookseller for Waterstones.
I am currently looking to take the first decisive steps towards a career in the music industry. I originally contributed towards two online music magazines called ‘Sub-Urban’ and ‘Underground Circuit’ during my time at university. More recently I have been writing for the renowned nightclub Fabric on their blog, as well as recently securing an internship with the festival Nozstock. My main roles here include content creation for their website, as well as maintaining their social media pages and email channels. Alongside this, I have been working on my personal blog Reads’n’Riddims which I use as a platform to review music, events and books, as well as interview my favourite artists. This has drawn me support from some leading labels within the music industry.
My goal is to secure a position in journalism or another content based role within the music trade. I am interested in internships and full time work.
