• Producing retail and free of charge allocations for all new products and activities in the marketing calendar. • Creating all new line forms with a high level of accuracy, to be shared with retailers. • Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, sharing these reports with senior management. • Analysis of NPD data for the fragrance market on a monthly basis, producing a full report and sharing with senior management and the wider team. • Forecasting for the year ahead, compiling research and data to support plans for the following year. • First point of contact for any stock queries, maintaining great working relationships with the supply chain team. • Comprehensive analysis into the performance of Christmas gift sets, using the report to support forecasting for the following year. • Liaising with the digital team on projects such as online sampling, ensuring assets are approved and meeting tight deadlines.
• Implementing company promotional plans and pricing policy in RoI, using a high level of accuracy whilst working to extremely tight deadlines. This includes converting price points from GBP to Euro and applying the correct savings, whilst adhering to legal regulations by removing items not promoted in RoI. • Ensure correct pricing and promotions are reflected on all RoI Point of Sale (PoS) material. • Ownership of cosmetics pricing in the UK and RoI. Liaising with all cosmetic suppliers to ensure pricing and promotions are correct on all PoS. • Point of contact for RoI stores which involved building and maintaining good working relationships with these contacts. • Communicating the RoI promotional bulletin to studio artworkers within their printing deadlines. Produce and communicate briefs for various projects to studio artworkers. • Ensuring all promotions work using the testing facility, liaising with the buying teams and IT to rectify any promotions not applied correctly. • Ownership of the RoI Christmas gift guide which involved selection of products to be featured in the gift guide against what is available in RoI, implementing the correct pricing and promotions, liaising with relevant teams to acquire product and lifestyle imagery, working closely with the printing agency to ensure accurate, quality final product.
• Reporting to both the marketing manager and events co-ordinator whilst overseeing the student events in stores. • Assisting in the planning, organisation and execution of brand events and marketing campaigns within our budget and in tight deadlines. • Building strong relationships with clients such as Unidays and The Debrief and informing them about upcoming promotions and launches. • Supplying brand assets to affiliate sites, ensuring this is consistent and up to date. • Daily management of the marketing calendar, compiling weekly marketing activity and promotion reports. • Preparing monthly reports analysing sessions driven from affiliate sites, utilising data from core metrics. • Briefing the graphics team on creative requirements such as digital banners. • Briefing in promotional codes and distribute details to the e-commerce team. • Assisting the CRM team by producing the weekly email competitor analysis. • Liaising with all internal teams including the social media team, to assist with social content and campaigns. • Reaching out to bloggers to feature UO product and invite to our Beauty Event. • Working closely with the social team to promote campaigns and events.
