About me
I have been very fortunate to have worked with brands both large and small, onsite and in an agency all over the world. As our design industry has shifted over the years so has my focus on how we should be delivering to our clients and customers. After starting 14 years ago specialising in branding, print, layout, and typography - I have acquired skills in retouching while at Nike AUS, clay modeling typefaces for Sesame Street (Bert&Ernie), designing toolkits and installations for LV, Nike, Samsung and O2, touchscreen retails experiences for Hyatt hotels and Nokia. More recently I have been busy researching, presenting design strategies, wireframing and designing as part of a collective of consultants working for Deloitte, Atos, HSBC, Mindshare, PV Health Clubs and Edge Petrol. Today, I currently work as a strategic design consultant. This title allows me to be flexible to projects and briefs both direct with client and agency. I prefer this approach as my varied background enables me to bring fresh thinking and ways to work more efficiently.

Work history
    Senior Service Designer
    Cambridge, United KingdomFreelance
    Deputy to UX Director offering user-centred design solutions to UG/PG student onboarding programs, improving the way academics and researchers purchase storage, conducting user interviews and requirements gathering for a new research grants portal, investigating, cataloguing and updating components for the new university digital design system and pattern library for all departments and research groups.
