The Group has 700+ POS, in both boutiques and concessions within department stores. - Responsible for building CH and PG stores across the entire STL Group, leading and managing all construction aspects of national and international (mainly in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific) projects from start to finish. - Manage a budget of approximately €5-10 million in construction costs per year. Liaise with relevant consultants and authorities to ensure design meets relevant approvals and permits are obtained, certifying that contractors and partners are complying with government standards. - Develop project schedules and manage teams to key milestones; highlight and escalate missed or "at risk" milestones and identify options and alternatives to keep project on track. - Estimate gross investment & budget with construction controller and prepare time plan. - Actively involved in corporate project planning and approval activities, GC bid award. - Carry out design intent & feasibility study including site surveys, value engineering opportunities and risk assessment. - Coordinate and manage the shipping of building materials alongside the Export-Import team. - Experience with retail store operations and strategies to mitigate impact of construction on store teams.

The group employs 500+ people and has a network of more than 160 stores scattered throughout Spain. - Established the Amichi in-house design studio which oversees all creative and design projects. - Opened an average of c.30 stores/year including stores at El Corte Ingles (Spain’s biggest department store), Pop Ups, franchisee stores and Amichi’s own stores. - Technical support (Due Diligence) and monitoring the negotiation of the architectural characteristics in collaboration with the Real Estate department. - Responsible for the creation, implementation, coordination and monitoring of the image project. - Responsible for managing cost, schedule, and quality of construction projects. - Actively involved in corporate project planning, approval activities, and general contractor bid award. - Act as the main contact person between the design team, contractors, consultants and landlord. - Manage co-ordination of design with the GC and suppliers, in line with the building specification and design instructions. - Came up with design solutions that reduced build costs by 20%.
