About me

I’m a Video Creative with over 14 years experience freelancing in and around London and from my home studio. Prior to freelancing I was employed at Sky TV for many years working in Interactive TV and Broadcast content. My career has led me to working on a vast array of creative video content, covering Industry edits and animations through to TV graphics and Social content also. This can range from cutting a Sizzlereel for the likes of Harley Davidson, through to Title and caption design for TV to Social posts for Budweiser. I’m often hired to edit, and create graphics to go with a narrative for digital marketing purposes. I can take a brand and propose a look and feel for an animation or edit. I've a great remote setup too and have the relevant insurances.

Working on multi-channel and cross channel brands and programming including, The History Channel, Crime & Investigation Channel and Sky Arts, through to more bespoke projects including the launch video for the ‘Sky magazine’, the rebranding of the Betview Awards and the video for Sky Learning revision tips, starring Konnie Huq as featured on the Sky Learning website at the time. These jobs usually involve working to a budget, and a deadline. They also would entail working alongside Producers, and the associated client. My tools of the trade being Adobe’s After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and relevant Mac hardware and digital broadcast equipment. Along with more traditional skills such as storyboarding and illustrative scamps. Creative briefs could require various treatments from working with footage supplied through to the creation of cartoon elements composited over footage. Each brief containing a different challenge to the next.
