• Assisting users and artist representatives through the company customer support portal. • Assisting the companies at the start-up incubator and Silicon Milkroundabout, located in the office space, write copy for investor presentations, promotional material for workshops and admin details regarding re-location. • Liaising directly with contacts at music labels and agencies on a daily basis to help them with their listings, adding/editing their ticket inventory with the company. • Preparing blog posts and contributing to social media projects (Twitter account moderation, Instagram competitions).
