    I am currently managing a team of 6 Associates and running the Global mobility account for a global vehicle manufacturing company in the UK. The main focus of my current role is Relationship and Account Management. I am responsible for overseeing the everyday running of the account: To ensure that work is delivered accurately and is at the highest quality; To ensure work is delivered in good time and in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs); To ensure work is delivered as cost-effectively as possible. Key Responsibilities; • I am responsible for engagement planning, execution, and analytical reviews of the clients’ compliance position in accordance with the relevant provisions and PwC risk management policies; • I run the mandatory compliance checks on the client: Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML); • I coordinate with and work directly with Clients’ internal HR/Global mobility teams to effectively manage the required end to end processes at all points of the engagement; • I work with stringent deadlines and successfully ensure the team constantly meets and stays well within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs); • I manage the regular GDPR Gap analysis utilising appropriate information resources and expert guidance where appropriate; • I constantly make practical business decisions after reviewing the client's problems, and considering several options and taking responsibility for outcomes; • I am also responsible for identifying knowledge gaps within the team and organisation specific training and mentoring sessions for the junior members of the team to ensure their personal development goals are achieved and the highest quality of work is delivered at all times; • I advise and assist the client to ensure compliance with the relevant rules and provisions; • I oversee projects and case load as well as case allocations to various other members of the team; • I have successfully developed several new tools, processes and techniques of automation to ensure work is delivered quicker and more efficiently; • I manage and resolve client and business escalations; • I am personally responsible managing and case working more senior and VIP cases; and • I am responsible for billing completed and some ongoing client matters in line with the agreed fees and milestones. Other responsibilities; Some of my other internal and non-client specific responsibilities include - • I have been involved in drafting proposals and engaging client business development activities with the aim of growing the firm’s practice and market share; • I regularly Participating in global RFPs from our various clients as well as assisting our global teams with coordinating and ensuring the profitable delivery of our UK service offerings in line with the global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and PwC terms of business; • I provide onsite client training to the relevant members of staff; • I have participated in the training and inducting new members of the team; • I have been assigned the responsible of coaching and mentoring team members during the performance reviews and annual appraisals; • I participate in the requirements gathering process, development and testing of various in-house case management tools; and • I contribute immensely to the knowledge management and news alerts published to by the team with the view of improving firm’s visibility in the wider regulatory space.

    I was responsible for managing a client portfolio of 8 clients across various industries ranging from FMCG to Oil and Gas. My major role was to oversee and manage the day to day running of the account by the associates and other non-client facing personnel assigned to the various client accounts.
