Full-time Producer responsible for managing a team of two in-house editors and freelance camera operators. Overseeing pre-production meetings, brief creation, management of budgets, through to delivery for online or broadcast. This ranges from factual content, 2D animation, corporate film and creative marketing pieces. Spanning time-lapse, 360° immersive videos, interviews and voice-overs. Management of complex shoot logistics, locally and internationally. Producing call sheets, risk assessments, arranging schedules for off-shore helicopter and drone filming for the likes of Ørsted, Highways England, and Multiplex. Account management with existing clients and nurturing new relationships with prospective customers via CRM systems such as SalesForce and Basecamp. Ensuring that budgets are managed in-line with pre-agreed frameworks via Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. This also includes time-tracking and metrics reporting via a web based-software called Harvest. Broad experience as a self-shooting / self-directing camera operator - leading shoots both solo and as part of a team.
The primary focus of my role was the production and filming of client videos. I mostly carried out self-directed, solo shoots on location. When necessary, I’d film alongside other freelancers and took direction from other creative teams. The secondary aspect of my role was the post-production of the captured content following a brief from the production manager and client. The third aspect of my role was maintaining stakeholder client relationships; ensuring all of their creative requirements were met and delivered on time. Creation and editing for 360° immersive video content for VR experiences and interactive videos. Providing creative solutions for clients such as Harrods, TATE, Network Rail, Harrods, BMW, FCB Inferno, Babcock and Brookfield Multiplex
