I’m a Spanish interdisciplinary artist and writer based in London. From comic strips, storyboards, writing, copywriting and art direction, storytelling is at the heart of what I do.
Having completed a Foundation in Art & Design at Central Saint Martins, followed by a BA in Film & TV and finally a Masters at the London College of Communication, I am passionate about championing the creative industries and the transformative power of contemporary art practice.
Projects
- Existential IllustrationA self-directed project of existential illustrations. For this series I focused on experimenting with framing and use of negative space, using a limited colour palette and simple, hand-drawn lines. All illustrations are accompanied by a short text that reflects the inner monologue of the character.
- Loneliness/Melancholy StudiesA collection of digital illustrations exploring loneliness and melancholy through colour, composition and content. The child-like style of drawing is used to bring a nostalgic feel to the pieces while maintaining a glimmer of hope and innocence that comes through the softer colours and free-flowing lines.
