Company runs private and corporate events, as well as props and costume hire and custom makes. My job was to assist Head of Costume Department in everyday tasks:
- costume making from design, sourcing fabric, pattern cutting to sewing and styling,
- managing stock costumes and accessories, preparing orders, meetings and fittings with clients and performers,
- adapting and repairing existing costumes, hats, wigs,
- working with Props Department on soft props, furnishings, upholstery, drapings and backdrops
- going on site to help performers get ready, also style venues with props, fabrics, balloons, making flower arrangements
