During my time at the Intro, I helped with cultivating and retaining new users. My key roles were mainly within the realms of reaching out to influencers, signing up new users to the platform and organising pop ups in order to increase the amount of users to sign up. As this was a start-up there was a very limited budget on what we could do, so more times than not creativity came to save the day. I quickly realised that a clever turn of phrase and a donut is all it took for some to get on board with what the start-up offered.
