Co- founding and funding my first company, Smoke & Mirrors, the worlds' first high end post production boutique at the age of 23, I went on to set up offices in London, New York and Shanghai. After selling our multi award winning group to Tag after 9 years, I led the business to annual double digit growth and exited some 6 years later. With over two decades of industry experience, I am passionate about leading creative businesses to higher levels of performance and success.
