- Leader of a team of 15 students which I built from scratch. This is a journey which has quickly taught me a lot of about leadership, and the importance of empathy, leading meetings, offering recognition, seeking feedback, and setting and meeting high standards.
- Created a internal structural hierarchy designed to address the key issues facing creative individuals and societies on LSE's campus.
- We have quickly become one of the most talked-about organisations on campus, and we're leading a gradual change in LSE's culture.
- Created and executed 3 events (more were planned, but COVID had other ideas)
- Built an engaged community on our social media reaching 1000 followers in 2 months, and are now one of the most followed organisations on campus, through interesting, memorable content marketing & guerilla marketing campaigns.
