Heading up the Direct mail team, managing the time of the Designer and overseeing the Design of seasonal catalogue making sure it is in keeping with the seasonal style. Liaising with the production team to manage expectations and deadlines within the company and external print companies to manage deadlines and final print production. Also designing and managing the Window designs from concept through to production working closely with the VM team and the External print supplier. Plus, working on Ecommerce briefs producing site assets and emails. Liaising with in house IT department to troubleshoot problems with Macs.
