Art Director, Designer and Creative Producer supporting a team in the production of creative content across a broad range of clients.
At BCW (formerly Cohn & Wolfe) I joined a team of four digital specialists tasked with building our creative offering in film, design, and online. Initially focusing on design and film, I developed branding and content to support campaign activations, whilst also developing treatments and producing PR-able film content.
Working as the only Designer at the time I expanded the business portfolio and built a team of design specialists; art directing output and supporting both the team and business development to secure a roster of 5 full-time design staff and a rotating bank of freelancers embedded in a team of over 30 digital specialists; fostered over the past 5 years.
Day to day tasks include production and art direction of branding, layout, graphic design, illustration, animation, film, and pitch work. Managing staff and freelancers, team development, building production timelines and budgets, supporting traffic, and studio management. Managing external production partner relationships and supporting the business with relevant recruitment roles, as well as sitting on our D&I committee.
