Cross-functional role, responsibilities included:
-Compensations: these compensations were most often than not improvised as I was delegated a certain amount of autonomy by my superior.
-Concierge: communicating promotional material from sponsors as well as informing guests.
-Interpreting: given the nature of the event knowing French, English, Spanish and Portuguese was a must to deliver the ultimate Switzerland Experience to our visitors.
-Feedback: provide the marketing team and management with various data collected throughout the day. From day-to-day activities (such as the ticketing system) to dealing with food and beverage shortages.
-Surveying and marketing research: aided the marketing team gather data by asking guests to fill out questionnaires.
-Opening, closing and assisting with cleaning. Switzerland is famously known for is cleanliness it was then important for Presence Switzerland to show that cleaning is a team effort in which all members of society must partake.
