. Managing logistics for over 500 artists yearly; flights, accommodation, airport pick ups, show transfers, sound checks, hospitality, accreditation, work permits, creating artist itineraries
. Project managing each event separately alongside outside promoters, setting new procedures for each event, acting as a consultant for the venue
. Booking artist liaison and box office staff, drivers and volunteers, managing a team of 10 onsite employees per festival, working closely with festival directors
. Liaising with police and licensing, acquiring event permits, giving input in production and security for 3.000 pax per event
. Events include: The Garden Festival, Love International, Dekmantel Selectors, Defected Croatia, Soundwave Croatia, SUNceBeat, Electric Elephant, Movement Croatia, Stop Making Sense, Into The Wild
