Design:
- Define and oversee the trend, design and development process through concept, inspiration and colour
- Oversee multi product design and development teams for apparel, footwear and accessories
- Authorise product range plans, price points and critical paths in line with key brand launch dates and strategies
- Present new season collections and direction to directors, agents and buyers
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain from short lead time in the UK and Europe to Far East longer lead times
- Extensive travel from Europe, Turkey, Japan, China, HK, America & India both for research and development trips
- Manage and oversee production and sourcing teams
- Manage and oversee the guidelines and approval for Peter Werth accessories, underwear, optical & sunglasses under license
Art / Creative Director:
- Responsible for the brands DNA, strategy, creative look and feel across all projects and media
- Including all creative elements for lookbooks, sales tools, retail POS, merchandising, trade shows and launches
- Art Direction and organization of seasonal photoshoots (location and studio), Ad campaigns, print and digital platforms
- Ensuring all budget requirements are adheared too
- Manage and oversee creative, marketing, PR, e-commerce and social media teams
- Leading the creative to ensure the brand DNA is cohesive and adhered to through all store and concession design and layout
- Developed branding and guidelines for various projects, platforms, labeling and packaging
- Ensuring brand continuity through all aspects of the creative process
Highlights:
- Successfully promoted from Head of Design to Creative Brand Director in March 2014
- Imperative in the brands repositioning and launch to market October 2012, defining a clear brand vision of Contemporary British Menswear
- Initiated the brands successful launch to Nordstrom in the US January 2015 with continued growth from initially 8 stores to 100+
- Developed a 30 second Brand commercial shown through cinemas nationwide in September 2015
