With over 20+ years in the construction industry, I have held roles such as a Document Controller, Information Systems Manager, Collaboration Consultant, and Key Account Executive. In addition, I've taken on the responsibilities of an IT Administrator, Health and Safety Coordinator, Facilities Management professional, and ISO delivery specialist. Now, I've embarked on a new chapter as the Head of Client Delivery at BuildScan. I'm eager to bring my extensive knowledge and experience to the table. Having witnessed the industry's evolution over the years, I'm excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. My main focus was on high-level support for the company's project collaboration tool (BIW). I worked closely with project and design teams, configuring the application to meet their specific needs, organising training for users at all levels, and overseeing the channel's use. Prior to that, as an Information Systems Manager, I managed a multi-project channel, developed and managed a customized electronic filing system, and provided ICT project management advice and support. Additionally, I worked as a Document Controller, managing the day-to-day operations of the BIW application on a specific project. Throughout these roles, I gained expertise in communication, leadership, teamwork, account management, customer service, Microsoft Office, and training.
