Tenth Revolution Group is the global leader in cloud talent solutions, specialising in both creating tech talent and recruiting for niche tech markets such as Salesforce, AWS, and Microsoft.
My primary role was to create and manage the SEO driven content plan for their NetSuite recruitment specialist brand, Anderson Frank. During my eight months, there I increased Anderson Frank’s monthly blog session by 350% and its conversion rate by 80%.
Additionally, I liaised with the PR and Outreach team to draft an array of comments and editorials, attributed to the company's board members—like the CEO, CMO, brand leaders, and the Presidents of the sister brands.
The editorial topics ranged from the digital skills gap, diversity and inclusion strategies in the tech workforce, inflexibility stigma, and the future of work in the global market.
