I have successfully completed a two-year cooking course. This included completing a 3-course meal as well as a wine tasting course and a written paper gaining my certificate in Food and Wine. From this training I now feel confident in my ability to provide my services helping within a kitchen. As part of the course I have made a menu plan which can be adapted for various occasions. I also received my Level 2 Certificate in food and hygiene.H
