During my time at Propeller I worked on major Shopify, Shopify Plus, WordPress and Drupal projects. I delivered full site builds from the final stage of the sales process to launch, working as both the Senior Project Manager on larger projects and the sole owner of smaller projects.
On a daily basis, I communicated the complex needs of a wide variety of clients to technical and creative teams within the agency. As part of this I defined project sprints and roadmap using Atlassian, wrote technical and creative briefs, created client strategy reports and assisted with the technical elements of proposals for new business pitches.
I have extensive and proven experience maintaining multiple projects at once, regularly working on 5 unlive builds at a time with 9 existing live sites under my management and with delivering projects on time and on budget.

I managed Lola's e-commerce operation. Working in house and reporting directly to our MD, the role brought together the expansive retail operation, linking our 23 capital-wide stores to our growing online presence.
I had direct responsibility for sales made online, as well as the development, strategising and implementation of all content and collateral for our website.
In my time at Lola's I oversaw a number of web-only product launches, project-managed extensive expansion of our delivery network and improved our UX. Day-to-day, I worked with our developers, customer services, retail management and the marketing team to coordinate launches, events, promotions as well as getting involved in the creative marketing process.
