2. Consistent technological watch, especially on AR and VR trends, communications, and contents.
=>Objective: Nourish other departments with new ideas for retail concepts and new ways to make interesting propositions.

=>Objective: Feed other departments with smart creative operations.
4. Ad hoc: benchmarks on optical and tires market for Vision + and Hankook.
