• Create and develop body of work from the archive of NOOR for each NOOR authors
• Integrate, manage, organize and edit NOOR Archive, both analog and digital
• Management of passive and active editorial sales, including budget negotiations, editorial relationships
• Oversee all NOOR communication channels and digital activities (press releases, newsletter, social media accounts, internal and external)
• Produce audio-visual stories such as editorial photographic assignments, short and long feature films &documentaries as project manager and video editor (NOOR Campaign videos for NGOs as well as for public screenings)
• Curation for NOOR exhibitions department (group and individual shows from the NOOR roster of artists) including budget negotiations, artistic concept proposals, and building opportunities with partners and galleries (partnership with the French National Library (BNF), preservation of Stanley Greene’s Estate by the French State, representation and development of shows during festivals/fairs like UNSEEN Amsterdam and Paris Photo)
• Captioning, keywording all past, present and future work delivered by NOOR Authors, create and develop thematic series from NOOR bodies of work – developing personal projects of the NOOR photographers through photo-editing, book design, and layout
• Developing a series of podcasts for NOOR and it’s partners
• Management of educational videos production ( NOOR – MEERO educational videos of 25 min long (role as executive producer, script/direction, and project coordinator with the client) – 15 videos produced between June 2019 and September 2020
• Manage NOOR digital budget, and develop annual strategy following the direction lead by the Managing Director and Shareholders.
• Representing NOOR at community/public events to enhance NOOR’s visibility
• Leading and developing NOOR educational activities, teaching and developing skills of young emerging storytellers (photography / video workshops) along with NOOR photographers (Nikon-NOOR Academy, DMJX World Press Photo NOOR – Diploma in Photography, ETCS course accredited by the Danish Ministry of Education) and partners.
