I joined NOMAD - a high-potential proptech startup - at a very early stage. As founding member, I shaped my role as the company was growing from MVP stage to a £1m revenue business in the first year.
- Developed and managed Adwords campaigns (improved CTR by 127,95% in 6 months)
- Developed and managed Facebook Ads, retargeting users in order to grow brand awareness
- Optimised NOMAD platform for SEO, resulting in high-ranking on key search queries
- Designed and created dedicated landing pages for the sales team, - capturing new business worth over 6k GMV
- Managed and collaborated with our SEO and PPC teams in the UK and Germany
- Successfully designed and implemented NOMAD CRM campaign using Mailchimp, Intercom and Mandrillapp, working closely with our Ops Manager
- Reviewed content and design of all transactional emails, ensuring consistency of tone of voice and respect of branding guidelines through all communications
- Managed social media accounts: Facebook (taking our likes base from 150 to 2500 in 6 months), Twitter (engaging with users daily) and Instagram

My master in Marketing Communication and Advertising blurred the lines between school projects and professional work: our first agency briefs came on the first week. Photography projects overlapped graphic design portfolios and 360 campaigns. They say students can only do two out of three between sleeping, partying or working. Needless to say we didn't sleep a lot.
