Senior ReceptionistBW Workplace
- London, United KingdomFull Time
Senior receptionist at a leading design company with clients including Estee Lauder, Selfridges and Amazon. I managed the day to day running of a busy office in central London, overseeing the work of the junior receptionist. Reporting to the marketing manager, I supported the sales and marketing team where possible by creating newsletters and mail outs and producing analytic reports on each campaign. I also managed client events and meetings, both within the London office and those held in external venues. This required extensive diary management, venue research and liaison with external suppliers to deliver events that successfully promoted the values and ethos of the company after a period of re-branding.

Education
MBA EssentialsThe London School of Economics
- London, United Kingdom
This 10-week course focuses on three core pillars of business management and leadership: the Strategic Environment, the Financial Toolkit, and the Human Element. Lead by global experts, it balances the knowledge and theory of business with practical skills and techniques required to achieve a greater impact within organisations.
• Bachelor of Arts Second Class Honours (First Division) Central Saint Martins (UAL)
- London, United Kingdom
My degree course was split into three disciplines: Criticism, Communication and Curation.
Criticism related to critical writing on the history and theory arts criticism, and the strategic thinking that is at the heart of cultural practices today. This involved research projects into the strategy and development of cultural institutions, both historically and in modern day.
The communication element of the course addressed the nature of arts communications in our current cultural landscape, with a specific focus on London. We were taught how to analyse the ways in which the media reflects, represents and influences the world, as well as gaining practical skills through modules in journalistic writing and Adobe Creative Suite.
The curation aspect of the degree taught the specific skills and knowledge required to ‘curate’ and implement exhibitions and events. This included modules on local and historical research, event planning and marketing strategy.
