- Oversee the day-to-day running of onsite BAU projects and production.
- Assess and contribute to briefs with stakeholders to confirm objectives, design specifications and timelines.
- Review and enhance workflow processes to increase efficiency in order to meet deadlines and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage, schedule, assess and deliver site enhancements with the Tech Team. Manage long term planning with Production, Creative, Content and Trade teams.
- Upload and manage assets, copy and discounts for site content into CMS CoreMedia.
- Manage PID process for emails, liaising with Product Merchandisers, Merchandisers, Email, Design and Fashion teams to produce email content.
- Manage Picture Editor ensuring planning and delivery of imagery is on time and on brand.
