The role involves building strong relationships with retailers and clients to gain personal recommendation to potential new customers. I am responsible for producing CPA's at the start of each project and managing the timelines effectively, solving any issues that may occur. One of the key aspects of my position is prioritising and making crucial decisions when necessary, to ensure that no parts of the projects are neglected at any time. To achieve that I provide weekly reports to clients, this includes cost control. I liaise with factories for sampling and development purposes. Additionally, I am accountable for setting up filing systems to keep a record of process from start to completion.
