You Me Bum Bum Train is a critically acclaimed immersive theatre production based in London. I was responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the production, from inception to completion. This included designing initial timelines and targets, managing on-site logistics, recruiting and managing specialist staff, and ensuring a complex workload was delivered to deadline.

Art Against Knives is a charity working with at-risk young people living in areas of London affected by knife crime and facilitates creative opportunities to help them secure employment, education or training. In my role, I managed growth at a crucial time in the charity’s development. This included developing strategic aims, designing and managing youth projects and organisational admin.
