SRMD is an international charity that raises awareness through multiple initiatives. One aspect is bringing youth together to create activities, produce content, volunteer and grow in spirituality. A recent initiative that I've created content for is a social media wall to support keyworkers through lockdown with donations an Gratitude packs. I have offered my support in the creative team with script writing, producing and directing a performance with 40 cast and crew members. My regular duties include:

I was part of the Media team to produce content, plan and execute proactive events in Parliament. I provided content for the webpages, written publications and social media projects. We launched a social media campaign, posting weekly Facebook Blogs which features Parliamentarians and staff with a live Q&A session to follow. I interviewed Members of Parliament and staff to create posts to engage external audiences to gain interest in events and activities. Additional duties included, monitoring news and managing records.
My time in the Diversity team involved creating and implementing the programmes for internships and talent schemes at Parliament. I created content for written publications and webpages to promote and increase engagement. I addressed a diverse range of audiences to deliver my testimonial and promote opportunities at the House of Commons. Additionally, producing content to market and promote the work of Workplace Equality Networks.
