I secured employment with Topman at the age of 17 and have worked continuously with them to help fund my education. Throughout this time I worked at the Topman stores in Uxbridge, Norwich and Taunton giving me experiences in different environments and ways of working.
Topman has taught me how crucial and important excellent customer service is in any company. I have learnt to be approachable so that customers feel they can query me with any questions or needs, and it has also taught me how to work in a team to help deliver consistent and excellent service. As an advanced sales assistant I have many different roles such as till operator, stock taking and replenishing, customer service and advice and making sure the shop floor was tidy and presentable at all times.
Teamwork has always been a vital part of my work in Topman. I consider myself to be a valued member of the team and to take pride in my work there. I am an advanced level sales assistant, which means that I take on responsibilities such a floor controller. I also have to make sure all the sale advisors are carrying out the tasks that will provide for excellent customer service.

BA Honours Degree in Fine Art
I have recently graduated with a 2.1 BA in Fine Art from Norwich University of the Arts. I am an extremely creative person, with a passion for development and process. Through my degree in Fine Art, I learnt how to manage many different projects at once, whether it was organising different exhibitions to being on the Editorial Board for my end of year publication. I have gained advanced writing, communication and research skills through this course, with an understanding of the importance to detail in all aspects of work.
