As a rapidly growing start-up, the nature of this role (and everybody's roles) at Mous changed on a daily basis! However, the central facets of the role were as follows:
- Thinking of new and innovative ways to engage with our customers.
- Managing interactions with customers across all social media platforms.
- Liaising with Mous' warehouses (in the US, UK and in China) to investigate any shipping issues.
- Creating and managing the system for checking and verifying address queries.
- Designing resources to help improve response quality and drive response efficiency.
- Solving complex customer issues and helping to drive positive customer feedback.
- Managing own workload and achieving targets set by Customer Experience management.
- Being one of the main points of contact for our overseas CX representatives.
- Handling return requests and issuing refunds & replacements, and writing an official company policy on this process.
- Redoing all 'customer experience' pages on the website, including rewriting the warranty, the FAQs, creating a contact form and making a new tutorials page complete with youtube videos.
