    The Internal Communications, Culture and Engagement (ICCE) team deliver communication, culture and engagement initiatives across the business The team ensures all the Company’s employees globally are informed, involved and engaged. This includes acting as internal journalists finding out what is happening across the business and in the industry, to write content which is published in lots of different ways – on the internal website; email updates and e-postcards; films and events. I had a great experience of event management I planned Beazley’s first Intern Alumni Event The ICCE team also leads the company’s responsible business efforts in charity, community, and environment. In September the team organise the global volunteering activities for all employees to take part in out in our communities, which I was in control of the allocation spreadsheet for the activities. The activities included tidying up parks used by school children; serving meals to the homeless; school reading; workshops etc.
