Provided input on decisions that shape the customer experience, optimization plans, site design, and product development that increased sales of the e-commerce website by 30% using feedback from the research.

and effectively to maximize impact to the business while ensuring that research data is
consistently, accurately gathered, broadly communicated, and archived accordingly.
Worked closely with designers and developers to turn user data into actionable
product/service requirements that feed into prototype development and influence
product direction.
Conducted usability tests on independent type of page on the e-commerce web app
and created a report showcasing vital findings.
