About me

Preston is a London based freelance documentary director. Raised in Burnley, Lancashire, he has since produced a range of projects both short and long from content for various clients. I've directed, produced and self-shot a 60 minute contemporary documentary that has been nominated for a 2018 Grierson Award, As a Man - A journey into the lives of homeless young men living in supported accommodation, who are being given the chance to be reintroduced into society. Recently, completed a commission from online platform Copa90 on the runner Scott Cunliffe as he runs to every Burnley away game in the 18'-19' season. With an exploration of Scott's past experiences of working in South East Asia, how he deals with his mental health and how football fans in the UK can look for their own solutions for their problems.
