Shifted ElusionPerhaps it’s the way that light hits the skin. The angle; the collision of rays and the way they dance across the surfaces of the eye. COLOUR. What a fascinating concept. Construct: Built by. Built Upon. Obstruct: Blocked By. Protected From. DeConstruct: Push Against. Break Apart. COLOUR.
  • Before the Throne
Before the ThroneProbably one of my favourite photos in the editorial for one of my university projects which was to create a publication with a few pictures and an 800 word article on anything. So I decided to write about modesty in clothing and my opinion on what the Bible says about it. Like, can you be sexy and religious at the same time? (the title of my article) I look up to Beyoncé and how her on stage and her in real life are different people.

I started my magazine initially to fill up my spare time alongside my studies. As my main priority was my studies, I only did the minimal to this project. However, as I had more time during the summer, I began to work on it every day, making it my priority to get it reached out to as many people as possible and to get other people involved in the creation of the issues. The magazine gradually gained more popularity and I was able to contact well-known establishments such as galleries to feature their exhibitions and artists, as well as PRs from fashion shows to feature upcoming designers and directors of the show
