Administrative Coordinator
I worked directly under the company’s two agents as assistant to the Administrative Coordinator. My responsibilities included:
- Maintaining relationships with artists and venue promoters
- Creating contracts and invoices via an online booking system
- Organising logistics including flights and accommodation and relaying this information to individual artists in a timely manner
- Organising and processing visa applications for international artists
- Utilising problem solving skills to respond to issues as they arise
- Maintaining the company’s social media pages including Facebook and Twitter
- Researching new venues and contacting promoters to book future shows
