Assisting the smooth running of the critical path in an administration capacity- seeing the process through from concept, design and production.
? Maintaining the product database ensuring all styles have the correct price, picture and code.
? Producing Order Confirmations and Packing Lists for customers using Factory Invoices and Customer Purchase Orders.
? Editing pictures on photoshop Illustrator.
? Liaising with factories in regards to fabric and trim availability.
? Steaming and arranging samples for meetings with buyers.
? Booking and tracking shipments from Hong Kong and the UK.
? Assessing Mood Boards from customers and sending trim samples that suit the upcoming collection.

Approachable and well-presented, I was interviewed and hired that day as their stand in receptionist, and took on the workload left by the previous employee who had quit suddenly. I efficiently learnt to use the online database and duties included reviewing potential candidates cv's, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, handling incoming and outgoing calls in a multi-business office, and general office tasks including faxing, printing, photocopying and filing.
